They say not to judge

a book by it's cover

not to pick a person

apart by their outsides.

I say, if they tell you 

about themselves, believe it.

And weigh your actions on 

the strength of their spine.

Definitely using the metaphoric 'backbone' here. Able-ism isn't my speed.
