NaPoWriMo Day 1: Both Sets of Eyes

Both Sets of Eyes

The other day I took a walk
while listening to a film on my iPod.

I knew it in and out and I had
places to be. I think that

the next best thing to seeing is
hearing and why not? When

I can ambulate to my destination
while recalling all of

the sights I've seen before? Each
place is familiar and at both,

I am a regular. Part of two worlds-
hearing both and experiencing

the oddest bits of déjà vu
while listening to a film as

I take a walk. Focusing on two
places; one with my minds eye.
